Today lets make Vermicelli Idli's I have heated oil in a pan we will add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds once the seeds starts to crackle add a few curry leaves and then we add a pinch of asafoetida and now we add all our vegetables 1/4 cup finely chopped beans 1/4 cup peas 1/4 cup gratedcarrots 1/4 cup semolina With this I will add1 cup of vermicelli Alright! Remove it from the heat and put themixture in a bowl Now to this mixture we will add 1/2 cup curd Some salt 1 tsp baking soda Now we will add 1/4 cup water Mix it well So now our vermicelli idli batter is ready But to make it even more yummy we will add Kissan Ketchup so about 2-3 tbsp of ketchup we're going to add to this batter now vermicelli is a healthier version of noodles, like I said but it can get a little bland right? That's why when you add ketchup it really pumps up the flavour and really gives it that kick that children will thoroughly enjoy I am adding a little more water in it I have these idli moulds, so lets fill them with the batter Just gently drop it I have already kept the steamer ready Keep the moulds in the steamer Looking lovely a beautiful rise has come Remove it gently Add these beautiful idli's in this beautiful tiffin box and i hope with this, Kissan and I have solvedyour thursdays tiffin woes for you with this we will add some healthy dry fruits they get a nice mix of carbs, proteins and vitamins with that we have come to an end of Thursday's recipe but tomorrow we will have another amazing recipe because as i said earlier, new tiffin everyday an empty tiffin everyday.
