Obviously from the past few posts that, there is an insane amount of pride I have taken in making Malanya. I have struggled with my work for a while trying to find my niche and I think I finally found it! I only hope to improve and thrive from here.

As someone who is a part of several black minority communities, please help me celebrate not only me but other black cosplayers in our community as we face a very difficult time in our country alongside our other communities. We only have each other in our amazing community as the world fights against us. Give all the love and support you can to help keep us visible!

It is yet another bitter sweet moment as I had hoped I would place this year. But watching all the different amazing talented cosplayers only made me happier that I got to compete against them! Especially all of the Beginner category!!! With this going forward I will be working on new projects and evaluating how I wish to go about my masquerade route. Everyone showed up and showed out again for Isshocon and couldn't be more proud of them!Till next time my dearest beans, safe travels, take care of yourself and remember mental health matters, especially yours!~
