discussing shows with other people is such a unique experience because i was talking about the killing eve ending with a relative (because they watched season 1 and ive been updating them as i watch it) and they were happy villanelle got shot because according to them "villanelle doesnt deserve an ending where shes happy because of the things shes done" and like ?? i didnt even know how to respond because i get what theyre saying but at the same time eve and villanelle are so perfectly matched for eachother and they are both bad thats PART of why theyre so good for eachother?? idk maybe its just me but i much prefer the book ending where they end up happy tg

killing eve is the perfect example of queer media that couldve been amazing but the show writers got lazy and scared. the yearning?? the obsession?? the toxcicity??? it was all perfect and then they just ditched that by killing villanelle ?????? all the character development and relationship development was literally pointless its a stupid ending and im pissed off
