freya nilsen aesthetic. t-shirts collected from friends and strangers throughout the years, too large denim jackets, cut-off shorts, mother’s former necklace to make-shift choker post-accident, thrifted boots, from tank and jeans to mix-and-match, sweatshirts pulled over mini dresses, preferred exclusion of pants and bras, sneakers and novelty socks, piercings from cartilage to lobe, sweatpants as outerwear, raided closets for borrowed looks.

seen daily in: long, flowing skirts that graze the ankle, high-waisted mom jeans and plain cotton tee’s, short sleeve button-downs and smocked, puffy-sleeve blouses, a fuzzy cardigan just in case there’s a chill, blonde hair tied up in a scrunchie, or swept under a shiny silk kerchief, or braided down her back and finished with a loose ribbon, with an overflowing tote bag hoisted over one shoulder (sometimes a wicker purse, just because it’s cute), and of course, a trusty, comfortable pair of white sneakers.

seen daily in: clashing prints, vibrant patterns, silk shirts never fully buttoned, thrifted T-shirts with bizarre logos (worn so thin you can see the tattoos right through them), a cherry-red leather jacket craggy at the shoulders, loosely-knotted bandanas, a pawn’s shop worth of jewelry, paint-stained jeans, assorted keys and keychains hanging from his belt loop, an endless rotation of statement earrings, and a pair of heavily-scuffed, silver-capped cowboy boots, worn rain or shine. 

dominic evans aesthetic. denim sherpa worn each fall when the weather’s cold but not too cold, the same t-shirt in different colors, old but well-kept sneakers, dress shirts with wrinkles that withstand any iron, ripped dark-washed denim jeans, white tanks, sweaters old and new gifted through the years, scuffed boots with frayed laces, silver chain tucked under every top, hand-me-down mens’ levis, sweatshirt and hoodies discernible by phase of life.

featuring; bright colors, everything secondhand, oversized cardigans and oversized coats, a pair of overalls for every day of the week, janky graphic t-shirts, denim jackets, beat-up combat boots, worn down backpacks, an entire outfit made out of corduroy, messy hair usually pulled out of the way, hand embroidery everywhere.

additionally: every variation of 70s platform or gogo boot imaginable, enough strange sunglasses to put elton john to shame, novelty hair clips (cupid, strawberries, butterflies), glitter as highlight, a staple red lip, a face painted saturn on the crest of her cheek, holographic stickers on her collar bones, skimpy crochet or sequin halters, corduroy flares, lollipops to bop people on the nose with and cropped logo t-shirts, favourites including david bowie’s lightening stripe, the velvet underground’s banana and the rolling stones’ lips.
