I figured out how to get BATWING with the help of a friend! You need to have Rabbiel with a weight of 3KG, satiety at 0, reliability at you are hated (that's what my friend had when his evolved, but i had to raise the reliability a little bit before he would evolve), and the health should be just a little low. YOU MUST HAVE ELIXERS! You probably just need more than 5. My friend had 10 on hand, and I had 9 when mine evolved. So I'd just buy the pack of 10 to be safe. Or earn a bunch. GOOD LUCK!

I've seen lots of people asking how to evolve RABBIEL to BATWING; mine just evolved last night! Your Megu's weight has to be 3.00 kg (the minimum, just walk it a lot and keep its satiety low and its weight will drop slowly) and then pet it until its stress and reliability go down. I don't think it has to hate you, but get it down about halfway between "you are hated" and "you are greatly trusted" and it should special evolve! I hope this helps people out!

it normal evolves from ICKLEY and something else. ICKLEY evolves from PAPPY who evolves from RABBIEL

Welll if anyone doesn't know yet, rabbiel's normal evolution is pappy, the white thing with green jester ears. Though it's listed under normal, the conditions are just like that for a special evolution: dirty, flies, zero satiety and hated. Which makes me wonder if the special evo conditions are reversed? I DUNNO LOL I really want that kitty.
Weird about the evolution conditions, haha. The little jester creature is sooo adorable :3
