i need to do a lot of things but struggle to do any one thing. everything must align in my brain perfectly to perform one task and then i waffle for a few days after. I have to Wait for the Oppurtune Task Time. if only i had medication that fixed my ability to Task, but i must Wait. how long? no clue. Referral to ADHD doctors with no hint of how long i actually have to Wait. Did i miss it already and im waiting for nothing? no clue. cant remember. i feel nasty. did i eat today? Not Really, but its a whole slew of Tasks to go and make food, and i did 1/10th of a commission two days ago so i cant Focus until the stars align again. When was the last time i showered. I guess i could do it tonight but it means getting out of my Good Hoodie. Why do i feel a pit in my stomach when i see my own body. Oh right im dysphoric. I need to Wait to see Dysphoria Doctor. how long? no clue. did the referrals actually happen or did i just think really hard about the process of getting it and gaslight myself into thinking it was Done? did i forget an appointment? I dont remember. Oh right i need to work on that drawing. Actually this game event ends today i need to put all my time into that or ill feel like I Failed. I spent all day on the game and all my joints hurt and im starving and i didnt even finish the event. Oh my other game has an event too. Im going to draw. I need to Wait. what for? I dont know. Picked all my scabs for an hour instead of drawing. Actually its too late to draw i should sleep. play my game for 3 more hours. even hungrier. Did i miss a phonecall? it was september yesterday
