Kinsey was born and raised in California, her mother is the former governor and her father is one of the fifty three California state senators, it doesn’t stop their either, her family is full of political power and has been for years.

Her life has basically been set out and planned for her since the day she was born. Picture ya know, Charity events, Galas, Public Outings, Publicity events, school, anything you could imagine. But it’s far from the life she wants.

Kinsey has been on the Student Council at Redwood since she was a freshman, now she holds the title of Vice President, and although its far from what she wants to be doing and title she doesn’t want to hold, she does it to keep her parents happy.

Slightly was a rude awaken to her parents though when she didn’t win president and learned she didn’t really care if she won it or not either lolol stupid parents.

Founder and President of The Feminist Club, it’s where Kinsey holds her pride. She created the club when she was a 9th grader with the help of a teacher. It’s the one place she actually feels she has some bit of control over her life and what she’s doing, it actually brings her joy..

Cheerleading is another thing she’s apart of, i’d love to get like a strong group of close friends for her through that going cause who doesn’t love friendships?

But like i’m also opposed to like a mean girl type plot some cheerleader whose  more on the stuck up bullying mean side, like pls be mean to her, let her have it. I love torturing my children.

Starting in the beginning of 10th grade Kinsey began coping Adderall from @tclbott . It started off as a every once in a while thing to help her study and stay up for school but in all honesty now she’s sort of depends on it and uses often so oops.

Although she is sweet, she is far from innocent which is a big reason her parents transferred her to Redwood. With the public down the Hardman’s family throat and watching their moves, Redwood was the one place Kinsey’s parents could buy would when their daughter misbehaved or acted  out.

Personality wise shes a sweet bean. Doesn’t have much of a mean bone in her body. Although something tells me instead of being out spoken shes more of the sit back and watch and use it against you later in a heated argument or something?

dante is the oldest of five children. his father puts a lot of pressure on him to excel at everything, academics and sports wise. dad is pretty much a dictator who wants to control everything and everyone and dante highkey hates him, but he super close with his mom and younger siblings. 

the family is very much a conservative catholic household. he was raised with traditional values and used to be extremely closeminded but meeting and becoming friends with new people in high school made him question most of the beliefs he was raised with. 

the arroyos are, not surprisingly, very wealthy. dad is the district attorney and a major workaholic. mom is a socialite and homemaker. 

so, as i stated before, he’s a capital d douche. very pretentious and thinks he’s better than everyone.  also manipulative and shady, and has a temper. im SOZ. 

on a positive note um.. well he’s clever, ambitious and driven, and super protective of his friends. he’s also like really fucking sensitive and soft on the inside but you probably can’t tell cos he acts like That.

at school he’s one of the top dogs. i headcanon he has a self-proclaimed Cool Kids Clique™ thing going on with like 3-4 people who are like super close friends? if that’s something you’re feeling for your chara hmu. 

he’s co-captain of the lacrosse team and highkey hates this because he’s a Leader and he doesn’t wanna share that spot so um cue Angst.

he’s also on the swim team & the debate team. used to be a member of the christian club, but stopped showing up last year.

Katie is from New York and has only just moved to California when her parents divorced and she didn’t want to live with either of her parents.

She’s from a long line of old money on both sides of the family tree so Redwood isn’t much different from her Upper East private school back home.

She has a bit of a distant relationship with both her parents at the moment.

She’s awesome at math but much prefers English for the theory and understanding of books. She’s also a bit of an artist,so she usually has some project going on.

She loves animals to an almost “Save every critter” way.

She’s part of Feminist Club so that’s fun.

Katie doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and generally just really wants to know everybody and meet everybody.

Katie’s pronouns are she/her and she’s open to both sexes if there’s chemistry.

OVERVIEW ー

in a small, rural town in montana, the ever growing sokolov family welcomed brynn last. she was the youngest of nine children and has a lot of issues okay.

her parents were bible-thumping church goers that loved god a lot more than they loved their children and the eldest boy  -  noah sokolov ended up raising the kids on his own. he was basically the dad and we all stan noah in this house.

they were poor, living on the outskirts of the rural town in a run down three bedroom house that definitely didn’t fit them all. brynn shared a room with two girls, the twins that were born a couple years before her. they were siblings, but they basically tormented her all her life and she wasn’t having it.

grew up with scraps and crappy clothes, she never really had anything new and she didn’t ???? care mostly. mostly.

with the help of noah, brynn began playing volleyball when she was seven. she showed true passion and skill for the sport, so he enrolled her in out of school clubs and teams and was her #1 fan throughout it all.

when she was twelve, noah was twenty-one and ended up passing away. he was on his way to pick her up from practice and was involved in a head-on collision with a drunk driver. he was killed on impact and brynn’s life fell apart because she was closest to noah.

anyway, long story short, she ran away.

at twelve, found herself in california, not knowing anyone or anything except how to play volleyball and how to kick a bitch’s ass because she was always wrestling with her sisters. found herself in a lot of teen homes and shelters, always saying her mom was coming to get her and lying to get her way.

was taken in by a young couple that found her diving in the dumpster behind their cute little restaurant and they raised her basically from then. she told them her name of course, but goes by abner. the couple tried to find her real parents, but the abner family was nowhere to be found because mmm they weren’t really the abner family, they were the sokolov family but shh don’t tell them.

basically was passed off as their niece and nobody??? questioned it??? except the government honestly, but they??? got away with it because that’s a plot hole i have yet to complete i’m sorry.

noticing her talent for volleyball, they enrolled her again in a club team and that’s where she was kinda scouted ig?? she was contacted by a coach at redwood and recruited basically as an athlete.

started there her sophomore year and instantly learned that reputation mattered. she climbed ranks quickly, using her manipulative attitude and sly tactical advantage. she was pretty and underestimated and most people just thought she played volleyball, but she was so much more.

still goes by just abner, but is a two-faced snake who lays on the top tier somehow because if anyone comes for her she’s a whole ass bitch and will gladly ruin someone’s life for fun.

idk what happened to her okay, idk how to explain everything.

really good @ volleyball, studies hard, works hard because she doesn’t want to ever go back to her old life, keeps it quiet though, nobody knows abt her old life,

I’M SO BAD AT EVERYTHING this was probably hella contradicting and there’s a lot of plot holes and this is overall bad mmmm im me and i can probably tell you more??

Aurora Mcknight in the second youngest Mcknight sibling, to her parents, Brooke Mcknight and Valerie Sinclair. She was born out of IVF and honestly, she’s never felt like her life has been anything different. She adored both moms and just loved being around her family. She’s always been close to her siblings, especially to Brooks who she was just a little bit protective over. 

Being the middle sibling, she did feel she had a bit of the ‘middle sibling’ syndrome, so pushed herself a lot. She’s always been above in her age’s year-group, being able to read books meant for nine-year-olds aged five. She probably could’ve been at a genius school but her mother especially wanted her to be around her age group, so she attended school as normal in New Zealand.

Despite being super clever, she never was mean about it. She just realised that it was the way she was but she didn’t use that against anyone else. Even as a child she was part of the ‘popular’ group, though instead of just being friends with those in that, she made sure she was nice to everyone else.

 Basically a bit like Karen in Mean Girls in terms of being in the ‘it’ gang but being super nice about it. She also did a lot of sports growing up, basically, she was the sort of child who was never at home once she was old enough. She did a lot of dancing and gymnastics, as well as being apart of her school football and swimming team and continued that as much as she could once she was finished. They moved to California when she was eight, which frightened her completely. She was always quite timid, despite being popular, and she’d always loved the pace of life in New Zealand.

After settling into life in the Californian town, when she was fourteen, her mother Brooke was killed in a car accident and the whole family came crashing apart. Despite her mums both running a huge hotel empire, the family had always been close so it was weird for them to suddenly lose a huge part of their life.

 Instead of doing what they should’ve done and gotten closer, the family grew apart slightly, Valerie spending a lot more time at work and Brooks completely acting out, she felt her family was broken.  From a young age, she wanted to be a doctor so that’s her plan when she graduated. Since her mother’s death, Aurora had really thrown herself into work, wanting distraction. She’s not even sure if she still wants to be a doctor anymore, all she knows is that she wants to be close with her family and not be too far away.

Personality wise,  she’s a complete sweetheart and is probably too nice for her own good. She’s been known to stand up to friends bullying other people because she hates seeing people hurt. She’s very empathetic and caring, though sometimes it can mean that she cares too much about other people and not enough about herself

Aurora is a senior and the classes she takes are English, Latin, Calculus, Biology, Chemistry, Accounting and world religions and the after school clubs she does are school council, softball, swimming, school newspaper, AV club.

Prominent family, huge donors to the Met (his parents regularly get invited to the Met Gala)

His parents are very much old money and very much cold as ice. When he was eight, Isaac refused to go to violin lessons for a week so hus dad gave the dog that was his best friend to the pound to “teach him a lesson” like come on man HE’S EIGHT

He has an older brother named James that’s the family favorite, he even got their father’s good looks and was captain of the football team, etc

Isaac was always the problem child in the family. He refused to dress nice for dinner, started acting out etc. His parent’s strategy to deal with hhim was to either scream at the boy or pretend he didn’t exist

Isaac’s mother always struggled with mental health and alcohol abuse. When Isaac was about twelve his mother spent three months in the psychiatric ward of a hospital and then came back as if nothing was wrong. She spends most of her time in bed and only leaves for required campaign events to keep up family appearances

Despite all of this he’s actually very very smart? He’s either going to run a Fortune 500 company some day or run a crime syndicate. Could use his powers for good or evil y’know

In high school, his brother died of brain cancer which was considered a publicized tragedy in New York. The paparazzi couldn’t get enough of Isaac and hs father grieving

After his brother’s death, Isaac went kind of wild. He started doing every drug he could get his hands on and partying nonstop, and he nearly got kicked out of Redwood doing whippets in the bathroom last year. His father was able to buy the school a new library and make sure he graduated

Plays guitar…. Is in a garage band at Redwood that plays weird, depressing music his parents would hate

Isaac chose Lockwood to escape the press feeding frenzy that saw him as the ultimate Page Six public mess like he just wants everyone to fuck off and leave him alone.

He’s actually…. Really loyal. Has been in high school just bc everyone wanted to be a part of his drama.

Her dad was a old fashioned oil tycoon who married a debutante, and the Bessins were the star of the souther socialite scene

Faye was their star child. a shining example of what they wanted from a daughter. Pretty, popular, a talented athlete, and clever. She was a great sister to her twin as well, Hayley, who she acted as a sort of mentor towards.

She was always the more popular one, while Hayley was a bit of an outcast. They were still the closest of friends, but the difference between them was stark when it came to the way their parents treated the two

Especially in high school, Faye started to drift away from the rest of her family and her upbringing. She started to resent how stifling her life was in Louisiana, and started rebelling with drinking, drugs, and partying hard.

She started getting deep into her artistic talent at this time too. Wearing darker clothes, looking less prim and polished in general

One night, while drunk at a party, she called her sister to pick her up. Her sister was hit by another drunk kid trying to leave the party, and died instantly

This is when her entire family shut her out and started ignoring her completely. She’s probably said ten words to her parents all year and never goes home anymore

She ran off last summer took a flight to Paris, where she met an older guy and fell in love. Turns out, he was in a rock band. She spent the next year bouncing around from band to band Penny Lane style, getting her heart broken by a different guy every time.

She finally ended up strung out, in a hospital in Romania, calling her parents and begging them to let her come home. Not wanting her around, their solution was to send her back to Redwood

And now she’s here!
