It has been found that cloth masks are not effective against Omicron cells. If you are wearing a custom mask, you need to put the ICU under it or go for the N-95s.

I need to research how long the Omicron cells survive outside of the body. Since they are not Gastral Intrusive, they should not have a durable lifespan. But the time period of covid life survival is important to maintaining mask sanitation
Other concerns are the eyes. Can Omicron infect through the eyes? And open wounds.
There was an outbreak of Omicron where I live, and the covid testing site was backed up with traffic. That isn’t a surprise, given we’ve come off from the holidays. But I have never seen the testing site so crowded, even after a holiday.
Please stay safe out there. Update your mask. If you’re in an area with minimal to now mask mandates, then consider wearing some eyewear when you go out, or while at work.
Even if they still say, “For those vaccinated, it is a mild case. Like a normal cold.” You don’t want to test statistics and probability. The hospitals are being overrun by those who are unvaxxed, and FEMA aid is going to the states that have had an uproar of cases.
