Favorite colour: Purple? I veer towards rich or muted emerald colors, burgundy, dark neutrals.

Currently watching: NCIS. It's on repeat in the background at home, all the time. Also Emily In Paris, so bad it's good but S4 has been extra cringe. (mais j'adore Sylvie)

Last movie: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows p1? I watched it at my friend's house last weekend but then we fell asleep on the couch as we do and never finished it or the second one, lol.

Current obsession: Joel Miller. Several guitar pedals in my cart at Sweetwater. The flowers in my yard. My friendss and sibling's babies who awaken the cute aggression in my soul Ijustwannasquishsquishsquish.

Relationship status: Divorced and single (AND AWESOME) ayyyyy efffff

Last thing I googled: Coffee shop hours near me... which is now where I am, presumably reading and writing, yet here I am on the tumbls, hehe. ETA: Just opened "common trees in Texas and Oklahoma" and now I'm on the Texas A&M Forest Service site 🤣

Been wanting to introduce my quizzies for awhile, but I am lazy about taking pictures. You’ll see more of them as this blog grows, and I inevitably draw them, but figured it’d be fun to have them all in one place for now. do you make your own bed? Yes, I like my room to feel neat, and also (gross sorry) I leave an extra blanket on top of everything during the day in case my cat has a hairball so it doesn't get on my comforter.

favorite number? 21? idk why.

what's your job? I am clinical social worker and work in a specialty medical setting. I try not to get too specific on the interwebs.

if you could go back to school, would you? Like, in the future? Or redo school in the past? Let's go future, no use ruminating on the past - yes, I actually enjoy school, I would do an MPH in the future if my work would pay for it, I would also love to take more French and Spanish classes.

can you parallel park? Yes! I am a city gal. I have a driveway now but where I lived before I mostly parked on a side street.

Do you think aliens are real? Undecided? There's at least gotta be little microorganisms and stuff other places, fully developed societies and stuff, though, idk.

can you drive a manual car? Yes! They are not as common in the States but I owned one previously. I also have a motorcycle license and shifting is similar but the throttle is in your hand and the clutch is at your right foot.

what's your guilty pleasure? How bout we reword this "little things to treat yo'self" : sour gummy worms, Selena Gomez' music, a lil piece of chocolate with an afternoon coffee.

any phobias? mmm not really.

favourite childhood sport? Soccer was the only thing that stuck as a child, and it propelled me into distance running, so I am thankful for it!

do you talk to yourself? Always, lol. And to my cat. Which one is worse?

Tattoos? Just one. I had some medical issues and wasn't allowed to get any for a while (had to have antibiotics for dental cleanings, the whole shebang) but got cleared again last year, my bestie and I are planning a matching one.

Favorite color? Purple. Like rich, royal, deep plum purple.

Do you like puzzles? NO. I am not a puzzle person. I'll still hang out with you just give me literally anything else to do, let me color, or wash your dishes, something.
