I think Tassita actively avoided meeting Hydra until he moved to Troubadour and couldn't avoid it any more
Like technically there's like 3ish years in the time line of my fics between Hydra being adopted by Momma and Tassita moving from Apollo Vic, and Hydra definitely would've visited Apollo Vic to meet everybody
And maybe Tassita was away for that first visit but I think Dinah (and maybe also Dustin) tried to like drop not-so-subtle hints to him about Hydra. And Tassita's seen their taste in men and wants no part in any of this nonsense so actively avoids Hydra anytime he/the rest of the Troubadour freight fam visits
