Ingredients: 1 boneless turkey breast about 2-3 pounds. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1 lemon, zested and juiced. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined to create the herb butter. Preheat your air fryer to 375F 190C. Place the boneless turkey breast on a cutting board and pat it dry with paper towels. Rub the herb butter mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to coat it evenly. Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking. Place the herb-butter-coated turkey breast in the air fryer basket, skin-side up. Air fry the turkey breast at 375F for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. Halfway through the cooking time, open the air fryer and baste the turkey breast with any melted herb butter in the basket. Once done, remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice the turkey breast and serve it with your favorite sides. Enjoy your Air Fryer Turkey Breast with Herb Butter Happy Way!
