Appearance: A 29 year old man with tawny skin, light grey eyes, and black curly hair. 6'1" and lean. Not shown: the dozens of tattoos that litter his arms, legs, chest, and back as well as several ear piercings and a tongue piercing. His style is casual and relaxed in warmer weather, and more punk/alternative in cooler weather. He's always got his guitar strapped to his back and a dagger in his boot.

Personality: Dominic is a flirt through and through. He enjoys the thrill of a new attraction and rarely commits to anything long term due to his current lifestyle. He's social, suave, and enjoys making the people around him laugh, determined to lift even the dourest mood. This is definitely not a diversion tactic.

Background: Dominic and his younger twin, Tristan, were born in Antiva City where they lived with their parents until they were nine. Their parents were killed in a house fire when Dominic manifested his magic during a particularly rough illness that almost caught him in the blaze as well. Watching his parents die changed him, and he was determined to never use his magic and ensure that he and his brother stayed together. He took on petty thievery to feed, clothe, and shelter them, and naturally climbed up the criminal ladder the more skilled he became. When they were older, Dominic crossed the wrong person, and the pair were forced to leave Antiva City and take on a new identity. Using the funds he acquired over the years, he bought Tristan a modest home in Rivain to provide his brother with a fresh start, then began to travel and earn money in a relatively safer manner with his guitar in hand, though he does trade in secrets to ensure he has enough blackmail material to keep his brother safe should they be discovered.

Routine: Dominic is only in town a few days at a time for festivals, often arriving a day or two before events and leaving a day or two after, but when he's in town he can be seen at the beach chatting with others or playing volleyball, drinking, performing, or hanging out with others at the Tavern, or in the bamboo forest playing his guitar for the local wildlife. If you follow him late at night, you might catch him dropping suspicious items into people's mailboxes or making calls and glancing around conspicuously.

Due to his love for the beach, Dominic is often seen chatting with @jenn2d2's Gladius, @davrinsleftpectoral's Turvi, and @bronzieinthedas's Qatesh. He visits @curiouswisp's Rukhana at her flower shop and buys quite a few flowers to pass around to friends and potential love interests, (and also roses for @guacamolleee's Sabine after one of her shows) and enjoys the florist's outgoing and sarcastic nature. Passing out flowers became part of his routine when he randomly presented one to @trashwithvariety's Ches one day and watched her light up and immediately put it in her vest pocket. Likewise, he also visits @basedonconjecture's Selora at her shop to buy jewelry to gift to others (he's big into gift giving).

Dominic is available as both a short-term fun and long-term romance option, but it takes a while for him to open up about his past and feel safe enough to stick around in town for longer than a few days. The more you get to know him (both platonically and romantically), the more you'll see his flirty grin be replaced by a soft, sincere smile that lights up his whole face. He so badly wants to settle down but doesn't dare... not yet. He's still got some loose ends to tie up.
