Okay, this is me once again asking for other writers to create some tango fics for ships such as Eruri, SebaCiel, SherLiam, and Hannigram. I have taken one queer tango class, and I'm gonna take another one tomorrow and continue taking them. They fill me with joy.
Erwin would lead but I also love the idea of them switching back and forth during the dance, and Erwin letting Levi lead in the way that leads let the follower do so sometimes (w/o ceasing to be the lead). Sebastian would lead in aged-up SebaCiel caaaause yeah. In SherLiam it could go either way, honestly. And Hannibal would lead in Hannigram cause that's basically how I like to imagine it. Maybe SluttyS2!Will would pull something similar to switching in the power dynamic.
I just need everyone to know that queer tango exists (and is awesome).

This is not queer, by any means, and I don't consider it tango, but there is still something that feels good about watching two men dancing together on Dancing with the Stars.
It's tango as combat, but honestly it's no less intimate than any other "Argentine Tango" choreography on DWTS. For some reason ballroom people always interpret "tango" as a fight. (I mean, there's a long history there of USA and European interpretations of "Latin" dance that I only sort of know, but it's still very bizarre to me as a social tango dancer.) And it's not being treated as a joke.
(Also Mark has gotten hot with the greying hair and the beard. Who knew!)

Like. This choreography is not my thing. Ballroom style "Argentine Tango" bores me, honestly. But Mark and Derek are skilled dancers and DWTS holds a nostalgic place in my heart since I was obsessed with it in my mid twenties. (Then I started dancing myself and lost interest in watching lol.) So it still feels special.
