Biography: The middle child of a trio of card-based monsters, Quinn Redmoon was born in a sleazy, capitalist city called Gambler's Hamlet.
Wanting a better life for herself and her family, Quinn and her brothers Klaus and Jacques joined the local military known as the Knights of the Poker Table, and donned the armor that would give them their familiar looks.
After rising through the ranks and attaining knighthood, the three Knights gained true fame after slaying a swarm of invading Killer Needles sent by Kamakiriman.
This caught the attention of fellow Insect clasher Ansatsu, who was sent by Dark Magician to interview them.
One negotiation by Ansatsu and Dark Magician himself later, the card warriors chose to work for The Kindred, becoming the first on a long line of protectors of invasion-prone areas across the Duelscape.
To this day, they're known as the Roulette Vanguard.

Aurora turned and looked at the queen with an appraising eye as she pushed her glasses back up her nose. Strong muscles, swirling white tattoos, feathery black hair, Aurora found it difficult to keep her wolf whistle to herself. Her roaming eyes however made her appreciation of Laleena’s form clear to all but the most unobservant, or legally blind.
She grinned and bowed dramatically for the Overlady, “After you, your Majesty.” she said, staying low a moment before standing upright once more, “I can hardly wait to see what you have up your sleeve, although I ask for the sake of my pay that you don’t use your actual magic on our esteemed monarch.” Tales of her conquest were rather famous, and from most that would have come across as a threat, but the knight had a playful grin, and pushed her glasses up again. By the gods why does every pair she get seem incapable of being the right fit?
