Sometimes I get so caught up on what I don't have and what I need that I forget that I have just enough. I took a minute to do my affirmations this morning and I had to add this one. As you all know, I believe in affirmations. I was not hooked on them until a good friend asked me to watch a documentary called You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. After watching and listening to her story and daily practice of affirmations, I quickly began to practice. To listen to her story about healing her self through cancer inspired me to began my daily affirmations. She was truly a powerful lady who touched and inspired many people. Rest on.
