Anyway, if you like Leia Organa in any way shape or form you should read of Queens, Knights, and Pawns by the ever lovely @chancecraz. It’s a time travel what-if with an older Leia. The writing is superb—time travel is an inheriently crackish plot device and she makes it work splendidly. The characters have such a lovely deepness to them, while Leia is the main character the other characters motivations and feelings are never tossed aside, and there is an big cast of characters. The writing is epic in scale, last chapter was novel in length. The author is also an absolute gem of a person and is extremely kind.
