Before my sister and I arrived, Mom bought several frozen casseroles in anticipation for being laid up. They were delicious and easy. I didn’t even defrost. This Shepherd’s Pie went from freezer to oven with about 20 more minutes baking time. Best Shepherd’s Pie I’ve ever had. Mom loved her chicken and dressing. My sister loved the chicken pot pie.
