Ehi do you have some idea why Quackity is acting like this??? Especially since from what I get he is not just ghosting Dream but other of his friends, if I'm understanding this correctly. What do you believe is going on??? (I ask you this because I value your answers and ideas more than anyone else here on this site)
I'll be honest, I really don't. I don't think anyone but Quackity knows at this point.
My original responses to the situation were based off the idea that Quackity and Dream were friends, and that Quackity was a rational person behaving rationally. But that doesn't appear to be true anymore.
Because here's the thing, by Dream's account and the messages we saw, he invited Quackity to the USMP prior to the QSMP being announced. Everyone's been quite clear that Quackity didn't tell anyone about the QSMP and nobody knew it was coming. So Dream had no idea that Quackity was making a server, but Quackity knew that Dream was making a sever. He knew what Dream's plan was, and he had plenty of time to give Dream a quick heads up and let him know that he'd already been planning something like this! It would've been so easy to do!
By all accounts, the moment Dream realized the concepts were similar, he reached out and offered to change his to make them different. Even though he announced live translation first, and Quackity only showed an interest in other languages after Dream announced it for his server. Dream bent over backwards to try to be kind and to stop his fanbase from sending any kind of harassment towards QSMP.
I can find any rational reason for Quackity to not just talk to Dream privately and try to find a solution. Other than maybe being jealous or petty, or just being a coward and refusing to actually confront a problem.
I'm a huge fan of ccs handling the majority of situations privately, particularly regarding personal conflicts. But if someone's family is having their lives endangered and the FBI has to get involved, then you need to speak the fuck up. It is morally repulsive to sit there and do nothing when you had the power to prevent massive amounts of harassment and doxxing.

okayokay so here's my thoughts on the las nevadas crew that literally no one asked for (all of this is /rp)
- everyone would fucking die for charlie. like he's just a little dude, and everyone collectively decides that if anyone's mean to him they'll kick their ass. like q is a dick to charlie, and everyone's just collectively like 'i can excuse manipulation and torture but i draw the line at being mean to this totally human guy'
- sam, foolish, and wilbur are HUGE gossips. like these fuckers will shit talk anyone and everyone, including each other. while they do this, purpled is almost always in the room, watching, just in the background, gathering blackmail.
- q rants to sam about stuff constantly. like he gets back from torturing dream and probably manipulating people and is like 'sam, you would not BELIEVE the day i've had' and then goes on a tangent about dream and techno. sam gossips about it later because of course he does.
- you fucking bet they have prank wars. they go ALL OUT, sam makes extravagant redstone machines, foolish scares the shit out of people by changing form right before sneaking up on them, and fundy teaches charlie the act of being an absolute rat bastard.
- hide and seek is a fucking nightmare. sam goes full scary warden mode as the seeker, fundy and charlie can fit into really small spaces as a fox hybrid and a slime, purpled knows the best hiding spots, and foolish is literally 23 feet tall. wilbur and q are always absent for some reason. sam and foolish think it's because they're fucking. fundy regrets being in that conversation.
