Aloo qeema
- 1/2 cup oil in medium high stove
- 3 G paste - 1 tbl each. Cook 1 min
- 1/2 cup browned onions or brown 1 sliced onion
- 2 tbl coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp zeera whole
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 black cardamons
- 1 tbl water and mix for 1 min
- Cover for 1 min on Medium low stove
- 1.5 lbs qeema and mix well till brown. 4 mins
- 2 chopped green chilis. Stove medium high and bhoon till oil separates
- 1 cup yogurt and bhoon till oil separates
- 1 lb potatoes. Bhoon 2 mins till oil comes up
- 4 green chilis with slit
- 1 cup water. Mix. Stove medium. Cover and cook 12 mins or till potatoes ready
- 1/4 garam masala
- Handful coriander leaves
- Medium low dum for 2 mins
