⚡️Q & A TIME ⚡️ Why is it that in school you learn everything from your alphabet, to geometry, and history, but the one subject that's never taught is how to have a healthy relationship? Just to make this clear, our marriage is NOT perfect. But our love is raw, true, sometimes it hurts, and other times we're floating 10 feet above the ground. We're partners in life. We fight, but we love equally as hard. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ On my #igstory a few days ago, I spoke openly about what key things almost lead us to a divorce and how my lack of self confidence grew us apart. I got a lot of questions and great conversations with some of you from it. One of the other reasons why my fitness journey began was because I was tired of being uncomfortable in my own skin with my husband. Sadly my lack of self love began to get in between our sex life which started to seep into the ways we communicated with one another. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You've all inspired me to write a blog post that dives a little deeper into the tough spots of our marriage and what we've done to keep it healthy and balanced through our crazy lives. But I'd love to hear from all of you. What would you like to know? #QAwithJO (at San Jose, California)
