Pendulum is the best Python datetime library last I checked - in particular, it is better-designed than Arrow, and is less likely to make your code silently do a wrong thing.
This post is mostly a reminder to myself, because Pendulum's name isn't memorable enough for me (neither is Arrow's), but Arrow tends to turn up more readily in search results.
