Silly story to share! Christmas I had your books on my wish list (list was all books & Overwatch figures). My lovely bookish parents bought thebooks I had listed, but my dad kinda sighed about me having odd taste in books this year. The last thing I opened was the Korra comic and my dad sarcastically announces "Ah yes a good wholesome boygirl relationship!" Then opens the book and sees Korra and Asami smooching. He said, "Good Asami was always better for her." He plans to read your books soon😌

Your parents sound pretty damn awesome! XD I hope they enjoy my books when they read them :3

I taught for a few years and I couldn’t take it. The kids were great, but I was anxious going into the school every day due to the admins attitudes and their breaking down of every safe feeling I could build up for my students. Quiet time reading corner to destress when overwhelmed? No get rid of it! Kids gotta pee and people get periods? 2 kids allowed out of the room per class period! Encourage free reading as an English teacher and give options? No, do that at home! *pulls hair*

ugh yikes yikes yikes D: I’ve heard similar horror stories from other teacher friends, that’s a nightmare. It’s almost like the people who would be most qualified to make decisions about how to make school more pleasant (teachers and students) are the ones with the least amount of input in how its run

Get some sugar in you! Sugar drink or candy or the like. Sometimes, when I feel very low/lacking, sugar really helps. I always keep peppermints on me for that =x

YEAH I feel really gross if I haven’t had enough sugar too;; Thing is the day before yesterday I ate an entire batch of cookies, and the day before that I had a different batch of cookies so I SHOULD be fine on sugar oops

Maybe I’ll eat some chocolate chips hmm

The majority of the mods that handle reports are very young and immature; the system needs changed.

I completely agree with you. And I'm pretty sure the owner of the ACC domain themselves have stopped caring cause its gotten to be such a big community. :T

Apparently if you get scammed the mods can't do anything about it because the scam didn't take place on the website and they have no control over your game. That explanation itself is really frustrating to me cause they refuse to even put a warning on users that have been rated for scamming

thankfully i haven't gotten scammed so far but is wear to god if that ever happens to me i'm going to break the other person's town in half.

sorry about my rant you probably didn't want to hear it haha
