Madge Hurley/Pydrofin
Madge Hurley is a DJ who moonlights as the dolphin-themed superhero Pydrofin. She is the most recent successor of a long line of superheroes defined by pearl-like birthmarks on the back of their necks that are also the sources of their superpowers. Because of the birthmark, Madge can don a mask that allows her to transform into Pydrofin and have power over sonic frequencies and liquid fire. In her civilian life, Madge is a friendly and playful DJ who composes graceful electronic mixes for her loving fans, and she is always there for friends in need. The same can't be said whenever she becomes Pydrofin. Pydrofin is a sociopathic hero who couldn't care less about the people she's saving or her enemies, resorting to torturous methods to get what she needs to accomplish, and that behavior amplifies her liquid fire ability. With each of her two personalities having conflicting motivations, Madge wants to be able to do more to help her loved ones, while Pydrofin claims to only be a superhero out of a raw, instinctual bloodlust for fighting. Madge's (or Pydrofin's) unusual mannerisms may stem from the fact that her birthmark is on the front of her neck rather than on the back.
