Description:

"You are such a bad influence"

Henry said as he pressed his back against the cool stone walls just outside the old diner. Beside him with a warm smile on her lips and sparkling eyes was his 'date' and apperntly his partner in crime. Together they panted, Piper giggled softly beside him before prushing off her pants and standing away from the wall.

"Alright lets go see a movie." She said, reaching out her hand to grab his from the wall.

"I can pay for it." He offered, taking her hand lightly, knowing full well she was planning on running again. She didn't reply but took off at a brisk jog, it was nice that Henry wasn't totatly out of shape but then again he wasn't a cross-country runner like her and would probably regret it by tomorrow. He glanced back toward the diner a final time, realzing he left his jacket back there along with the check.

She remaind cool and collected as they entered the cinema, Henry on the other hand felt like he was going to be caught at any second. She lead the way into the hallway where, flashed an old tickeet stub and found the two of them in the back of theater.

Henry laughed right along with her, forgetting the fact he hadn't paid for any part of the date. The girl beside him snuggled close having moved the arm rest out between the two of them. Henry's cheeks flushed slightly and thanked the darkness of the theater.

As the credits rolled and they were the first ones of out the exit, there wasn't any reason to run again and instead they walked togetehr in comfortable silence.

"Did you have fun?" She asked leaning into him for a moment as they walked.

"I did, aside from running for my life and feeling like I could be arrested at any moment." He answered honestly, but providing her a warm smile. Again a comfortable silence filled the air between them, Henry laced his fingers with hers as the city lights dimmed into a suburban setting.

"I'm the little house on the corner." She pointed with her freehand. Henry nodded as he caught sight of the house, relazing just how small it was.

"Thank you Henry for not freaking out when we ran from the diner." She said shly, looking at the ground for a moment. Henry chuckled softly bringing her chin upward to look into her beautful green eys.

"Thank you Piper for dragging me along." He replied, leaning forward to place a soft kiss against her lips, the pair blushed as Piper returned his kiss.

"PIPER!" Came the shout of her aunt from within the house, the two stepped apart. Henry ran his finger through his hair for a moment to hid his embrassment for being caught.

"Next time you can pay." Piper teased, leaning up to plant a soft kiss against his lips again before turning and heading inside. Henry waited until she entered her house befor heading back towards town. Reminding himself to head back to the diner and pay.

With her heart pounding in her chest Piper headed straight for the dock. Her hair was fallen out of her hood and flowed in the wind provided by her pace. Behind her a troop of patrol officers raced after her, headed by the dirty blond officer known as Henry. His stride was longer and provided him an advantage. Piper knew that if she didn't get to the water and soon she'd be out of luck. Somewhere within her shaky legs she found a burst of speed and raced toward the end of the dock and with a strong leap was able to crash into the water, an emerald glow enclosing the area near her. Henry, barely able to stopped himself from falling over board caught sight of an emerald fish tail disappear underwater, the clothing of the fugitive lay forgotten on the surface of the water. 

Henry remained on the dock for hours, his men searched the entire area and found no sign. He dismissed his men with a nod but stayed behind. The dock was a peaceful kind of silent once the evening hours drifted into night. He had discarded his officer coat on a nearby post, stripped bare of his shirt and pants. Checking twice he plunged downward into the water below, in the shadows was the enchanting  form of Piper. Her hair drifted in the water, her eyes glowed with an emerald charm, her former shaky human legs now in their true form, a mesmerizing tail. Piper pulled Henry toward her with a smile, pressing her lips gently to his, the shock the course in his lips granted him breath in the water. 

“Why are you still here?” He questioned her, surprised in his ability to speak but not at the sight of her.  

“I couldn’t leave without seeing if you knew.” She replied, easily swimming around him. 

“I know you are a strange water creature capable of taking human form.” He replied, searching her gaze for an admission of guilt. 

“That is true, but most humans called us mermaid or sirens. Enchantresses of the sea” She added, the glow of her human eyes playful. 

“Why did you run?” He asked, threading the water to remain on the same level. 

“So you would follow me.” She replied, encroaching on his personal space. 

“So I would follow you?” He questioned, troubled by her remark. 

“Of course, you are my Prince Eric.” She replied with a playful smile, pressing her lips against him once more.
