New custom push stick that my youngest daughter Sai and I made yesterday. Made from Birdseye Maple & Bolivian Rosewood. Features a replaceable walnut finger for pushing the wood. The finger is attached with two bolts that are thread tapped directly into the body with Andy Klein’s Wood Whisperer Thread taps. I rip a lot of shorter pieces in the 2-3 foot range, and the longer push stick length let’s me apply more forward hold down pressure for added safety. Super easy 2-hour project. I’ll post a video tomorrow with FREE plans & 3D measured drawing with cut-out template.
