E: I’m uhm…not sure how it happened the first time. But I brought her back when it did. She uh…she kissed me later that night and died the second time I guess and I couldn’t bring her back. I spent the night at Jared’s that night he…h-his mom died the same day.

E: Jared is one of very few people who knows about my uhm…abilities? And he thinks I freak out to much about sorting the flowers and getting them in the right bundles. But without his help the flowers will die if I did it on my own, so I need to get on him often about helping around the shop.We uhm…we’re pretty close though.
Evan Hansen, since little, has had the ability to revive anything that dies. But at a cost. Anything in that same area, if that thing lives for more than one min, will die in its place.
