These ChallengES are challengING: numbers are INCREASING, muscles are tiring; mind is trying to wrap around, ”How many to do?!!?”
On this day I want to encourage you to ‘BEAT YOU!”
You are your own competition!
Though I may have called this Challenge and share my results, you are still competing against yourself – I merely desire to be the one who runs behind, beside, ahead of you, encouraging you along, because I am convinced you have GOT IT IN YOU TO MAKE IT TO THE END!
I am convinced you can ‘BEAT YOU!’
Yes, BEAT yourself. I do not mean punch or abuse yourself. ‘Beat you’ = win against you = the person that would have NOT done these Challenges and all they demand! Overcome whatever you have accepted as “satisfactory” before, and go beyond yourself, because you are no longer settling.
These Challenges are introducing you to a NEW YOU that can ‘beat’ the OLD YOU. Did you know that as of today, your NEW YOU did a total of 965 SQUATS ? Your OLD YOU had never (perhaps) done that many before.
You have ‘BEAT YOU!’
These Challenges are taking you beyond yourself, and teaching you to “beat you!”
So you must push…and push again. You can ‘push’ because you know what to do; you can ‘push again’ because you have done it MANY times before, now OWN IT, and will do it again!
So, how are you doing?
Reminders: STRETCH for no less than 10 minutes today AFTER working out. BREATHE while exercising…ICE when needed…PUSH…PUSH AGAIN…Celebrate!
