2020 is almost here. I was a bit hesitant about this post because I still have the residue of 2019 lurking about me. I was blessed to see "50" years on this Earth in 2019. Hit with some medical situations that were all "but God" moments. Had 2 books published. "On The Table 1& 2."(Sold on Amazon. Get yours today) My first stage play went into production (Side bar: we are casting for the play right now. Apply.) God graduated all 3 of my young people with college degrees. My parents are all still on this Earth. My immediate family as a whole didn't bury anyone this year. Revelation #beforeturning50 and what I've #Learnedalongtheway. Reality that everything I've gone through/ am going through, #IAmMadeforthis. Many people didn't make it this far. It's in me to be in this time of life. #purposedtime So for "2020" I offer this... Visually speaking, 20-20 is perfect vision or sight. Stop looking for things in this life that blind you from the promises God has for you. Don't keep living a life that you don't believe in because it's popular, what you've always done, or were told is the right thing to do. Don't live a lie. It's killing you. Get rid of toxic people, situationships, and habits for real in 2020. FOR REAL! If they haven't changed they aren't going to change. Let it go. Life is too short to be concerned about pleasing other people. If it makes you happy, brings you peace and wholeness, do that. 2020, let your yes be yes and say "NO" as much as you need to say it. You don't have to be and do everything for everybody. My prayer for "2020" ... Lord, thank you for another year in your plan for our lives. Thank you for all the victories you have already set before us. Thank you for all the paths that you've made straight and cleared for our journey forward. Thank you for opening our eyes to see every miracle you have for us as they unfold. Thank you for holding us in you heart through every trial, tribulation, heartbreak, and struggle that we'll face in "2020", and being our peace, strength, and victory as we go through it all. Thank you for strengthening our families and binding us together so we build each other up instead of tearing https://www.instagram.com/p/B6qtON7BbDp/?igshid=15340m5g1y0vo
