I would love to read your analysis on BV4. I found the season so absurd in terms of editing and the distance put between them that it looked they were there for each other but silently. So, if you have time and would want to write something about that, I think it would either add a newer perspective or simply a reiteration of what we know.

I don’t think I have any deep insight into BV4 that hasn’t already been said by others. What I really remember about that time is it being one of the first instances I remember watching things in real time so that when I watched BV4 the stuff from real life are added in my mind to fill out the show if that makes sense, so I could finally see that these shows are work for them not vacations no matter how much fun they seem to be having.

Anyway, you’re here for Taekook and what I can say about them is how tired they both look and Tae in particular feels off and Jk seems worried about him even though irl Jk is the one having problems we know about. It’s been a couple years since I last watched so the editing doesn’t stand out to me but the distance being put between them feels very obvious even though people still say that’s exaggerated. Idk maybe it is an exaggeration because Taekookers are hypersensitive but Tae choosing to ride in the RV and riding shotgun while Jk is driving only for him to be moved from that seat then eventually moved to a different vehicle does stand out and it’s because of the fact that I think it was Hobi who asks why Tae is riding in the car and NJ bruises it off. As time moves on it starts to get kind of sad because they get to the point where it looks like they have to conspire with each other to spend time together on camera when they have that moment where they look at each other to make sure they’re both raising their hands to go to the grocery store.
