Ah man, dude, you really should see a gyno, though. I was having the same sort of periods for about 3 years, and they were steadily getting worse. Add to that, my emotions were going ba-nay-nay and that’s no good either. But, I have a fantastic, female gyno, and after one visit, she managed to get me 100% sorted out and I have been doing great since then. 

I know a lot of ladies have anxiety about going to see a gyno, but it’s really necessary and can often solve problems you didn’t even know you had/didn’t know could be fixed. Just, honestly, do not go to a male gyno unless he’s been highly rated or you’ve heard from ladies you trust that he’s a rad dude. And be sure that they’re listening to you. If you’re feeling ignored 5 minutes into your first visit, fuck off and choose another gyno. The bottom line is, you’re paying them to help you stay healthy; so they should go at your pace, and if you feel uncomfortable it is in your control to stop whatever.
