Purifying Bath
Intended to leave you clean, smelling fresh and cleansed.
What you need;
Bath (obviously)
Hot and Steamy Water
Your favourite bubble bath.
Sprigs of Lavender
Rose Petals
Small cup of milk
Vanilla essential oil.
Candles
Step One; Fill the bath to your usual height with hot and steamy water, add your bubble bath (or add it as it's filling up for an extra bubbly feeling.) Light the candles so even the room smells nice.
Step Two: Add the cup of milk, rose petals, a few drops of the vanilla essential oil and the sprigs of lavender and stir it around a bit.
Step Three: When you're ready hop into that steamy heavenly smelling bath and soak up all the good stuff. Scrub yourself clean and relax.
