piper had managed to guard herself with some of the tools from the kitchen, a knife in hand as she slowly made her way through her restaurant. she nearly jumped when she heard a noise near the door. “don’t come any closer!” she shouted at the sound while holding tightly to the knife. “i have a weapon!”

Lorna stopped on her tracks once she heard the beep of her phone and going to check out what it was and accidentally bump into another person. "Oh, I'm so sorry. Are you okay? I was going to read the message and I didn't saw you coming, my fault".

"You again,” Bigby says, not unpleasantly, approaching the other. “The museum kid, right? You never did elaborate on that. Now I gotta know. Don’t tell me you’re a statue or somethin’.” Honestly, it wouldn’t even surprise him, at this point.

“woah, hey hold on, how did you do that!” rose stared at the other in disbelief, nearly having to physically pick her jaw up off the ground. “i mean, i can do some wild shit, but that? that’s incredible.”

“What can I get for you ?” Jaskier, the bartender, asked.  He’s surprised it’s not busy today but it is still the middle of the week; the weekends get more action. 

“i’m just glad you’re alright now.” beth wrung her hands slowly. “we don’t have to talk about it if you don’t want to, you know?” she was glad to hear him reach out to her after the last time they’d run into each other.
