How about a few platonic headcanons and a few otherwise...
Platonic Headcanons
Whenever Aladdin doesn't see that Jasmine is in the cafeteria and he's in the lunch line, he'll text to ask if she wants him to get her lunch. If she says yes, he'll either bring it to the table for her to join later or deliver it.
Aladdin routinely misses cuisines from home (cafeteria offerings can be lacking) so Jasmine will use the home economic kitchens to make several of her mom's dishes. She prepares them especially when he's stressed with school work or in a very down mood.
They both love karaoke to death and try to go to the only karaoke bar in town as often as they can. They always favor duets.

Aladdin was the one to initially suggest adding non-platonic "components" to their friendship. Jasmine brushed it off and said she wasn't sure it was a good idea based on their personalities and them both wanting to pursue relationships. Aladdin understood this but said if she ever changed her mind to let him know. Two weeks passed and Jasmine changed her mind.
At lunch, Ariel once insisted Jasmine get on the apps to just remind herself she was a catch as it had been awhile since her last date. Specifically, she said "It'll be good for you, Jas. You haven't even been kissed in months". Jasmine immediately looked at Aladdin. They smirked and eyed each other the rest of the lunch.
Jasmine sits on Aladdin's lap whenever they play video games. They especially like to play Breath of the Wild together. Jasmine kisses Aladdin's forehead whenever they beat dungeon bosses.
this made me happier than I thought it would.
