#JackedKirby - Justice Inc (The Avenger) panel reused as a House ad! π₯π₯π₯ We are knee deep in our #jackedkirbybyrequest week and @paintmarvels (Whatup Adolfo!) asked us for some Justice Inc (aka The Avenger)... so here we go! π₯π₯π₯ The Avenger was a pulp novel and magazine character from the late 30s that DC decided to take a run at in the 70s. Issue 1 featured a story by the great Denny OβNeil, a cover by Joe Kubert and interiors by Al McWilliams... but by #Issue2 (published in Aug of 1975) Jack was brought in as a relief pitcher!!! π₯π₯π₯ This panel features an upper torso shot of the death white Avenger in all his Kirby glory... and was immediately turned into a house ad for the remainder of the series!!!
