City Symphonic is an absolute beaut. Killer sample arrangement, fantastic rhythmic texture, and some of the strangest drum design I've heard since Foly Room (Amon Tobin). Get this track in your life.

Just discovered this guy trawling through soundcloud... Snakeships sure does have some badass productions under his belt, but this one really caught my attention. Miss U Always is just a straight up hip hop belter (with the odd Snakeship twist here and there)... Massive tune. Can't believe I haven't heard of him until now!! I'm gonna have a field day going through his back catalogue. 

Dene Anthony going in LARGE with this one forthcoming on Love Not Money. Peace & Harmony is chockablock full of references to the old skool; Jungle bleeps, the "Peace and Harmony" sample, and even the odd amen and rasta vocal. That being said I can assure you this is one of the freshest 4/4 numbers I've heard this year! 

Music is Love strike again with this insane vinyl only release featuring tracks from Jamie Trench, Liam Geddes, JMX and Banjax. Chunky old skool garage with the standard MIL twist that just keeps growing on me more and more with each listen... These boys are on promising path. Keep them good vibes flowin' MIL. 

Another track from Australian based producer Flume. Fuck me i dig this guy's tunes so much it's untrue. Holdin' On is a crunked up to the eyeballs hip hop epic!! Expect all the usual: surreal futuristic synthesis, star wars style bleeps n shit, hugely on point drum processing, and one utterly badass soul sample essentially cos it's Flume and Flume is the absolute dogs. If you're not hooked on this track from the first listen then I'm not gonna lie you probably had a poor upbringing. SICK track. SICK.

Game changing bass number from Jordan Partridge aka Decyfer. Unreal tune.. Seriously this shit is gonna hit the fan in a big way, give it time. Already receiving praise from massive names such as Mary Anne Hobbs, MJ Cole, West Norwood Cassette Library, Deft and Throwing Snow 2013 is looking like his year. Squelchy basslines, straight up punchy drums, and one creepy ass baby sample (dafuq?) all unite to form a sound system banger of epic proportions. 

Huge crunky hip hop number from London based EVM128 from his Groove Content EP. Definitely my favorite track of his so far. Expect insanely catchy shuffling grooves combined with a large healthy dose of analogue crunch... and if that's not enough then get a load of the haunting droney vocals sitting atop of the mix like the metaphoric cherry on the cake. This track is the shit.
