Luna put herself between the bunch of Slytherin bullies and Remus, wand out in a shaking hand. "He is NOT a monster! Now...go on back to your snake den! All of you!" She thrust her wand at them and tried to puff herself up to look bigger.
Remus used to being bullied when he wasnât in the company of his friends. In fact, it was rare that he wasnât for this very reason, but he had been on his way to meet up with Luna to discuss some Herbology homework when the bullies had spotted him and literally cornered him. He had said nothing and done nothing aside from completely ignoring them. Remus knew better than to let his anger get the best of him, it wouldnât be very pretty if he did. Despite trying to hold it back it was becoming rather impossible, that was until Luna showed up. At first, the Slytherins laughed, at Lunaâs bold attempt to stand up to them, but that laughter fell short as they saw the rather dangerous look in Remusâ eyes. He was very protective of Luna, his Moon. No one was going to hurt her on his watch. As the group fell silent, Remus took a step forwards and they practically scattered with excuses of homework and the such. With them gone he looks to her, the anger fading to a soft, loving smile.âThank you love.â he spoke softly.Â
