#pub adventures

Realized I’d be able to go watch the Spurs match at the pub because the buses here are free this week until Sunday.  When I was downtown getting ready to head the rest of the way up to the pub, I got a phone call asking about my availability to schedule an in-person job interview soon.  It’s not scheduled yet, but I have very few commitments right now, so it shouldn’t be a problem. 

Was a fun time at the pub with a few of my Spurs buddies and the nice Gooner guy (plus some Chelsea fans at the other end of the bar that I didn’t really talk to) and in the end the bartender didn’t even charge me for my drink this time.

Also, random weird coincidence, but I was wearing my Spurs away kit from this year, and on the way home from the pub, a dude wearing the exact same Spurs kit got off the bus right before I got on.  I don’t think I’d ever seen him before and he definitely wasn’t at the pub earlier, so I have no idea where he was coming from.  (He didn’t notice me and he seemed distracted, so I didn’t wanna bug/startle him by yelling “COYS” or something.)
