Crossover-AU, where Midoriya Izuku was able to pass for the position of Inspector in the Public Safety Bureau. Izuku does not have a quirk, but it has a stable Psycho-Pass, the shade of which does not darken even in severe stressful situations. Later it became known that he had the Criminally Asymptomatic.

Bakugou Katsuki is a childhood friend of Midoriya Izuku. In High School, Katsuki, because of his quirk, enters the Academy under the Public Safety Bureau, then enters the service in the operations department. Because of its explosive nature, his Psycho-Pass shade tends to darken. After a series of terrorist attacks, the shade stopped recovering and was close to the critical point at which psychotherapy is required. The Head of the Bureau decides to accept a partner-Inspector Midoriya Izuku. After that, the shade of Katsuki's Psycho-Pass began to recover.
Bakugou Katsuki prefers to stun the opponent with his quirk, and then disable him with hand-to-hand combat. The Dominator is used in rare cases.
hi it's me again. Anonymous with reincarnation ideas I liked your ideas and thanks for answering my question. I thought what would happen if Yochi was reborn not into some unknown family but into the Shimura family before Tenko awakened the quirk. In Tenko's body, he realized himself a few days before the murder of the Shimura family. How will Afo behave in this case? How quickly does Afo recognize his brother, and if he gave decay, what will he do? What do you think?
If Yoichi had incarnated into Tenko (remember himself) before the tragedy in the Shimura family happened? Oh, that would have been a disaster! (for Afo, of course!) and I couldn't resist writing a great deal on the subject! It was unexpected, thank you Anon!

Izuku was going crazy, he could feel the looks and words piercing his skin like needles. It corroded him and made him feel afraid. He knew that he had to leave the UA, he wanted to do it so as not to feel it all continuously. Sleep was gone, there was no appetite, the body was weak and was always in tension, like a compressed spring.
He was in pain. Izuku could tolerate all the attacks from civilians and some non-hero students who succumbed to the general mood. But he could no longer see his mother's tears, shaking and clinging to him. It also drove her crazy, although she tried to be strong for him, hugged him as in childhood, and tried to support him. But every time someone broke into the campus again with negative shouts and protests, she shuddered and hugged him even more tightly, as if trying to cover him with herself.
It was wrong, but it was only in these moments that Izuku felt protected. Warm hugs, a soft smell and a soothing voice of the mother, promising that her baby will cope with everything, it is only necessary for him to rest. It really gave him strength.
Which he absolutely lacked now.
He ran and ran, driven by a Sense of Danger. The blood was beating in his temples, his ears were buzzing, his heart was ready to jump out of his chest. And his lungs were about to burst.
He was scared.
Mom wasn't in her room.
He was afraid of being late.
Things in the room were scattered, as if someone was struggling.
And the fear was fueled by anger.
Izuku activated Fa-Jin during his frantic run and, pushing off from the ground, gave the jump an impulse. Supported by Float, he passed the inner wall of the barrier, slipping into the vent at full speed. The filter was knocked out by the force of the kick and sent it forward like an armor-piercing shell.
Somehow, the kidnappers were able to take his mother to the external barrier on the territory of the park. And what was his surprise when he came across a whole tent camp among the trees near the evacuation exit to the underground shelters.
Did Nezu know about this? Did the patrollers know?!
The answer came unexpectedly.
Of course, they were in league with them. Therefore, no one raised the alarm about the unauthorized camp. And there are no surveillance cameras in this part, so as not to disclose to possible burglars the location of the entrances to the shelter.
But some of them had access to this information. Someone knew all the underground passages and engineering solutions of the shelter.
There was a traitor among them. And maybe not even one. Someone entered the territory of UA together with ordinary civilians. Like a Trojan horse.
Izuku suppressed his growing anger and sent his location to all his contacts on the phone. It seemed like the right decision.
Until he felt a prick of a Sense of Danger right in the gut.
His legs carried him to one of the tents, avoiding meetings with armed civilians. Their support items had an unfamiliar design, there were no identification marks. Were they from the black market? How did this get into the territory of UA?!!
A faint, ragged breathing distracted him and made him freeze in horror.
He recognized it. A shiver ran through him from head to toe, instantly giving way.
"No, no, no..!" - his thoughts were beating in chaos.
His fingers literally tore the fabric of the tent, letting him inside. And all the blood inside him froze.
His mother was lying tied up in an uncomfortable position on the floor, her hands behind her back and shackled with heavy handcuffs. Even standing a meter away from her, Izuku could see a strong dislocation of her shoulder and several abrasions with swelling bruises.
His knees could not stand it, and almost on all fours, the young man reached out to her, took off his jacket and carefully wrapped it around her, pulling her to him.
"Mom, please wake up...!" he said softly, gently brushing the hair and dirt from her face. Her skin was burning, the fever had taken hold of her. - "Mom, can you hear me?"
Inko was breathing heavily, her eyelashes were fluttering, but her eyes did not want to open. A sickly pallor with a feverish blush covered her face. Izuku, barely coping with the surging panic, broke the handcuffs with the Whip and moved his mother to a more comfortable position for her.
Her freed arms hung limp at her side like ropes, and the dislocated shoulder became more pronounced. The young man swallowed a lump in his throat and tried to call his mother again. This time, the response was not long in coming, and at her son's request, "be patient, it will hurt a little", Inko nodded slightly, closing her eyes.
Izuku snapped his shoulder back into place with one sharp movement, ready to immediately pick up his mother and run. But she only groaned and relaxed in his arms, barely clinging to him with weak fingers.
His heart clenched in his chest as Inko looked at him. There was a whole storm of emotions in her gaze, but fear and desperate love were the brightest of all.
"My boy..." her hand, the one that barely held his uniform shirt, touched his cheek with trembling fingers weightlessly.
"It's going to be all right, Mom," the young man gasped, catching her hand in his and squeezing it slightly, - "we'll go to the infirmary right now. Everything will be fine!"
He got up carefully, settling his mother more comfortably in his arms, holding her closer to him and tying her with a Whip for better security if he had to run away from pursuit.
Izuku froze for a moment, listening to his feelings. His heart was pounding, and breath seemed to be caught in chest. And he felt the blood draining from his head, as the ringing in his ears was replaced by a noise, and the ground began to move away from under his feet.
"I love you so much, Izuku…"
The moment was deafening.
"...Mom?!"
The hand that was still stroking his cheek relaxed and fell down.
"Hey! Mom, Mom!!"
Inko's body suddenly felt heavy, and her head fell back.
"Mom, please!!.."
A slight smile remained imprinted on her lips.
Izuku shivered, clutching his mother in his arms, burying his face in her hair. A scream rose in his throat, taking his breath away. It was crushing, tearing him apart from the inside.
He didn't have time. Didn't have time to save the most important person for himself, he was too late.
After all, he knew... he knew that those who are dear to him will never be safe with him. If he had left then... if he had been able to escape without succumbing to his emotions…
The noise in ears became stronger, more insistent. Head seemed to explode from the increased sense of danger. Of course, they must have already found him and surrounded him. He might even have heard them.
His teeth gritted, stifling a growl rising from inside. His eyes were burning, but he couldn't let them see his tears. They don't deserve his sincerity.
The noise in the ears was growing, but it was gradually replaced by a heartbeat, which became more and more even and measured. His chest ached, something was tearing there and pulling down. The first step was given with great difficulty. The second step restored the balance. The third step allowed us to approach the edge of the tent.
The Black Whip was no longer hugging Inko, only his arms were holding her tightly against him.
The fourth step released him into the world.
Izuku couldn't hear, but he could feel the support things being cocked at him. He didn't see how many people surrounded him, but he could feel that there were at least thirty of them.
"And what do you want to achieve with this?" The young man asked hoarsely, still keeping his eyes on his mother's smile. Her last gift to him.
"Get out of here, brat! You don't belong here!"
Izuku smiled and looked at them. Only the smile didn't reach his eyes.
He would be happy to leave if it would save people. All he did was save them, fight the villains, and save them again. He literally laid his life on this altar. But now... when he didn't have time to save the person he loved… in the name of what is all this?
"And for this you tortured my mother. A simple, kind woman who didn't hurt a fly."
His words dramatically changed the surroundings. Some of the civilians... no, they weren't civilians. They weren't villains.
Monsters.
Monsters who intuitively retreated, backing away... in fear? But what were they afraid of? The black tendrils of the Whip appeared from behind his back, growing sharply and cutting through the air and the ground like a whip. With sound and air flow. And then the Whip stopped abruptly and sat down.
The noise in his head had subsided, and now he could make out Their voices among the static. Yes, he could hear the Vestiges he could see them in his field of vision, but…
It was already pointless.
All this was already meaningless. All this struggle, effort, overcoming oneself! For what? For the sake of these monsters to live without knowing the troubles?!
Who and what should he protect now? If they are ready to get rid of themselves…
Izuku could feel it. Their fear. And his pain. And anger. And despair.
He didn't know how to handle it.
People around him began to freeze, and someone even fell, but did not move from his place. They looked at him, and there was utter horror in their eyes. But did they have the right, They now beg him for help?
"We... we are very sorry!! Stop it!! No!!"
Did they really think that their act would be forgiven and forgotten? By what logic should he have done this? Because he is a hero?!
Izuku closed his eyes and took a step forward.
And he bumped into something big and warm. A large hand pressed against the back of his head, unobtrusively pulling him closer.
"Don't open your eyes."
Suddenly, he felt empty, the seething feelings disappeared at once, as did the noise in his head. Like a vacuum.
His eyes stung, shoulders sagged, and only hands still felt a little heavy, which everyone continued to hold tightly. The lump in his throat squeezed out the first sob, and the warm hands stroking his back allowed his shield to fall.
The pain flooded him, but the feeling of someone close to him made it a little easier.
"Let's go home."
Only then did Izuku realize, falling into the darkness, that this voice and embrace did not belong to All Might.

Heroes and Class A, who arrived at the outskirts by the navigator's coordinate, froze in horror at what they saw. What had once been a forest, a camp, what had been people, seemed to have been cut into pieces by a sharp katana; the ground was scorched and covered with blood, and in a small oasis in the middle of this carnage lay Midoriya Izuku's uniform jacket and phone.
