I’ve been developing and practicing my ability to receive clear yes and no answers from my spirit guides so that we can work together better as a team when I do reading for people. The cool thing is that there are a ton of different ways and methods you can use to communicate and receive answers from your spirit guides. Some people may feel an answer from their spirit guides as an emotion or as a physical sensation on their body. Others may see mental images, or hear answers, or smell or taste answers and communication from their spirit guides.

I was communicating with my spirit guides recently and I was asking them how I could best increase and enhance my psychic abilities. They told me to practice asking them simple yes and no questions. They told me that if I practiced on getting the yes and no questions down then all my other psychic abilities would then open up. This is how I’ve been practicing asking my guides the simple yes and no questions. I found a random yes and no generator online that I use to practice. This is the link: www.randomlyrandom.com/random-Yes-or-No. I close my eyes then I click the random go button. Then I ask my spirit guides if it’s a yes or a no (with my eyes closed so I can’t see what the answer is. This method works extremely well for me:

1. Relax and meditate to instrumental happy music. 2. Ask for my top 4 spirit guides to please come forward and to help convey the correct answers to me; so we can improve and enhance our communications. 3. I close my eyes and click the random yes or no button. 4. I relax; realize that I have all the time in the world; and that it’s perfectly ok whether I get it wrong or right. 5. I find my happy, relaxed place. 6. I wait for an answer to come 7. I start seeing in my mind’s eye either a yes or a no. 8. I ask my spirit guides what the answer is. And I listen for a steam of words or sentences from them. 9. I pick a yes or a no and I say “how will I feel if I choose this answer. 10. I pay close attention to how I feel; if I feel relieved and happy then I know I have picked the right answer. If I feel bad or disappointed then I know it’s the wrong answer.

This method works very well for me. The key is not to rush the process. Find the way that works best for you. Experiment and play around with how you receive answers from your spirit guides most easily. Know that it is so much more simpler then we make this out to be.
