like i didnt really think about the curse in broader terms that much because raz is kinda self centered and impulsive and likes ACTION so of course he ran away from home to be a cool psychonaut agent but WHAT IF.... in ageswap he had a different motive to join the psychonauts than just "hey that looks exciting"???
what if he did sort his shit out with his dad and when he was old enough his dad taught him to defend himself and control his powers and actually explained more about how they got cursed in the first place/why they have so many enemies
and raz decided that this was not ok and wanted to protect his family and break the curse so he joined the psychonauts so he could have access to their resources and information
yea thats way more exciting than some rehashed daddy issues bullshit show me the character motivation ( *v*)9
