Patient Safety Week 2013
In honor of Patient Safety this week, I would like to personally thank all of the physicians, nurses and CEO who have partnered with me over the past year working together on various projects to improve healthcare.
For all of the families who have shared their stories in order to teach caregivers and students things that they may never have known, I thank you! It's scary and sad but your courage means so much.
The power of partnering with patients and families who have endured harm by caregivers that they trusted may be the greatest lessons that one can learn and the most wonderful gift that we could be given.
