For the final year students, the project work is on head to be completed as fast as possible. The IDP/UDP Projects done by final year engineering students must be completed now and should be registered in GIC (Gujarat Innovation Council).

Students will have to compulsory make registration of their IDP/UDP Projects at below link before 25/08/2014. Students can make registration for their projects and team members at Students can view the Guideline for Final Year BE 7th Semester Project Report Submission.

Project report: (2 copies per group)

The Project report of all team members have to be submitted by each team in one common spiral bound document. Students will have to include following things in Project Report.

PDF generated under Phase I & II of Online project tracking system

Problem Summary or Introduction

Aims and Objectives of the work

Brief literature review

Plan of their work

Materials and methods used

Progress, they had made during the 7th

Expected outcome

References

Any other details

Further the complete/partial project report needs to be uploaded in soft copy to the GTU web portal specially designed for this purpose, which will be opened soon. Guideline for the said portal will also be published on the GTU website soon.
