          there is correct wording for this feeling, yet she refuses to use it -- the atavistic  ( and somewhat obsolete )  line of thinking that no acknowledgement equates to no mistake rings true in her ears.  but like in all things, there is a traitor lying dormant in one's subconscious, dictating the crippling sensation as it is:  PANIC.   and oh, how she wishes she was blessed with solitude the very moment the printer broke,  but alas, heaven is soundproof to the cries of the lay.

"Wait wait wait. " Narcissus placed a smooth hand on his temple, shoulders shaking lightly as he chuckled. "I thought Halloween was three months ago? What are you doing wearing that?"

( mumbled latin, a crash, and an ominous cat squealing. ) 

"Just because it's summer, doesn't mean I can't make a little bit of snow. It's ridiculously hot."
