When I arrive Im glad nobody is there, but before anyone could pop the fuck up like they have been doing, I rushed the trainer onto the mat and made him give me his stupid little fucking speech i didn't listen to while we got ready.

He began showing me basic tips and tricks that would prove vital in  the arena. How to block, hold my arms, dodge, used my small frame to my advantage, the correct stance fro someone of my stature. Gradually he began demonstrating moves and then asked me to make  move myself.

I stood on my toes with my knees slightly bent, he told me this would allow me to move faster. Larger opponents would have a more sturdy, wider stance to be able to take attacks, but I’d be better off using speed to avoid them.

I lunged forward and swiped my elbow up towards his chin, but he twisted both his forearms around my arm and forced me to the side. I stumbled over my feet and fell to my knees.
