These gluten-free tartines combine the earthy flavor of asparagus with the savory richness of prosciutto and creamy brie cheese, all atop crispy gluten-free bread.
Ingredients: 4 slices gluten-free bread. 8 asparagus spears, trimmed. 4 slices prosciutto. 4 oz brie cheese, sliced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Sprinkle olive oil over the asparagus spears, then salt and pepper them. Place the spears on a baking sheet. For 10 to 12 minutes, or until soft, roast asparagus in an oven that has already been heated. Toast the gluten-free bread until it's just barely golden while the asparagus cooks. Put a slice of prosciutto, roasted asparagus spears, and a slice of brie cheese on top of each toasted bread slice. After putting the tartines back together, bake them for another 5 minutes, or until the brie cheese melts and bubbles. Take it out of the oven and serve it hot.
