No, I don’t know how to find it.

And that is not a joke.

One hour and five minutes.

As you can tell, I basically use my phone as an iPod.

I think that’s extremely high.

That’s a lot of hours on your phone.

A lot of this, you know, is kind of uncharted waters.

And you don’t you don’t necessarily know how to deal with it.

Everything is good in moderation.

I mean, I would say you need to challenge yourself.

Go home and hand your phone over to Mom and Dad for an hour and see what happens, how well you can do, and just not feeling like you need to check your phone.

Try and find ways to be engaged in, you know, outdoor stuff, sports and music or just kind of hanging out, you know, having a fun time with somebody.
