A little suitcase full of things to start big conversations
How might we develop a ‘pop up project presence’ throughout the current activity programme at the Museum? The existing events and activity programme felt like a stable platform to gently introduce the emerging thinking about this project, a great opportunity encourage early participation within handling sessions and regular programmed events like ‘Tots Make and Do’. So what how might we achieve this? A quick and easy way for the project to appear, say ‘hello’ and move into the next event. A friendly little suitcase was sitting nearby and after a few sketches and a quick chat with Super Steve in the workshop we have a mobile case of ideas. Oral Phillips volunteered to make a birch ply insert that can hold an object, pencils and activity cards. Introducing 'Poppa’ a little case to start big conversations
