one of my favorite projects I’ve been a part of lately was #projectglamburger with @blacksbbqaustin and @fanoflamb . our initial mission was to create our own lamb burger at home and submit our recipes. you may remember from my stories (we couldn’t decide between the our Spanish lamb burger and our Tex Mex burger and then you all were a 50/50 vote split!). once all the recipes were submitted, we attended a workshop in which 4th generation of @blacksbbq presented us with different burger components and combinations and we gave feedback. now the burger is finalized and YOU can give it a try! The ‘Smokey, Sweet and Spicy, American Lamb Baaaa-B-Q Burger’ is on the menu every WEDNESDAY for the remainder of 2019 (with the exception of the day before #thanksgiving ). This burger is the only patty I have ever seen with a beautiful smoke ring...you’ve got to go and try it! . If you designed a new burger, what would you make????
