It can save your life. ▪️ Here are the first two rules of tactical positioning. 1- Protect your back 2- Face the direction of likely threats. ▪️ By making these rules & others habitual, you set yourself up for success even if you are occupied with other tasks. You’ve got no chance of survival if your back is to the action. ▪️ She does a great job of maintaining awareness of the environment even though she’s closing the gate & has her phone in hand. This is real life, we have to use our phones at times and live normally. It’s easy to get zoned in on something and let your guard down. Not this lady. Good drills. Her habits have been formed with training and experience. ▪️My upcoming ‘Family Protector’ E-course will teach crucial elements of my Enhanced Situational Awareness System for the first time. Tactical positioning is module 2. It’s a thoroughly rehearsed skill of bodyguards & protectors across the globe. ▪️ To be a proficient protector of your family, yes physical self defence training is a necessity, but it’s a last resort, let’s not get to that point in the first place.
