Michael - 48 year old college professor and a high-school teacher. He is one of the local serial killers, and is Deliah's father.

Deliah is his assistant and puppet, it's hell of a toxic relationship. Michael is a demanding, rude yet professional and highly respected professor. He's pretty calculated, and he tries his best not to slip up. Mike is organized and plans out his killings in advance. When it comes to the acts themselves, he can be very brutal and physical. He despises Vance and wants him gone. Erich is also on his radar, he dislikes the Shepherds. Michael's a narcissist, which has influenced his daughter. He is manipulative and has charisma, which can make his victim quickly fall under his grasp. He's able to spot weaknesses in someone's psyche and use it against them. Michael is overly controlling, oppressive and he can slowly force someone who's in rehab back into their addiction [eg. he creeped into Erich's backseat and offered him beer - basically telling him to drunk drive]. He experiments on his targets pushing them to their limits - he finds it funny. Michael doesn't have any regard for human life. He is a cold-blooded, yet intelligent monster underneath the mask.

Father Kassad

Father Kassad is the main villain of the story. Kassad is 51; he is the local priest and cult leader. He also is the director of the House of Rosette orphanage. He takes deep care of the orphans, especially those he deems special - the ones he sees as future cult leaders. Khaleb was seen as one of the special ones, him and the priest had a deep connection, he even saw Kassad as his biological father.

Kassad does try to act fatherly and lovingly around the townsfolk. Almost every local has a positive thing to say about him. Father is hyper-aware of people's body language, he can easily sense if you're feeling uneasy or nervous. He can be obsessed with his victims and stalk them for months on end - that's what he has done with Khaleb. Kassad dislikes Vance, he deems his behavior as rebellious and disrespectful.

Kassad is absolutely obsessed with the False God which he worships, he wants to spread his twisted version of Christianity upon everyone. The more followers the better. That's why he has struck a deal with Harlington - he uses him for money for his cult, their relationship is not that of ordinary. There's tension between the couple. He's great at keeping the CEO in his place and making him listen to him.

Since his cult worships the False God, every few months “a sacrifice is needed” so that the God can be “satisfied”. Kassad carries a dagger with him (it's attached to his lower leg) at all times. It's the weapon he carries out his missions with. If anyone dares to disagree with Father, he deems them to be a “sinner” or a “heretic”. Only his word is holy.

Deliah - 19 year old chick currently attending the local college. She's a sadist, a serial killer and the daughter of Professor Ramirez. She gets in Vance's way, proving herself to be a tough obstacle. She likes to irritate people and she's overconfident. Deliah loves mocking those around her. She loves messing with people for the sake of it. She has a nihilistic worldview and thinks that life is a theater spectacle where everyone is a puppet on strings. She believes every individual is a sinner and that everyone will suffer the same fate (which is death - she doesn't believe in the afterlife) and that nothing matters in the end. She's very theater obsessed, you can always see her present in the acting/drama club. She's a great actor - whether you interpret it positively or negatively. She makes puppets of her own actually, she has ones of Vance and Khaleb. Deliah dresses pretty classy, she's supposed to be based off of broadway musicals, and typical dramatic villains. She can play the piano, the other students can often hear her playing during classes. She cannot stand the church faction nor the NewDay corporation. Deliah looks up to her father, she bears a lot of his characteristics but looks like her mother. She's brutal, yet elegant when it comes to her modus operandi. She chops her victims' body parts into smaller pieces and stiches them into horrifying amalgamations. She wears a mask to keep herself anonymous. The local townsfolk call her the [redacted because I've yet to come up with a proper serial killer name lol].

Khaleb is a 22 year old "librarian" (he hates his job - he only got it cause he had to stay somewhere and needed the money). He's spent some time with Monique, so he knew her pretty well. Him and Vance haven't gotten along at first - he saw him as "his boss's annoying kid". He's also attending the same college as Shepherd. He hardly likes Deliah - he thinks she's odd and has ulterior motives.

He used to be one of the orphans at the House of Rosette. He's long since ran away and is in hiding. He can be pretty paranoid and feel like *they* are watching his every move. He lives on the other side of the town.

Since Khaleb lives in a constant state of fear, he's been losing sleep ever since he ran away. That caused him to have prolonged insomnia, which then turned into him being prescribed sleeping pills that then turned into an addiction. He abuses the usage and has almost overdosed a few times. He can experience hallucinations here and there.

Vance does try to check up on him and is worried about he state he's in. As the plot goes on, Khaleb reveals the dirt he has on the church and its operations.
